How We Verify Every Technician
Ultimate Cleaners operates as a vetted contractor network. Nobody works under our name until they clear a four-step verification process — and they stay only as long as they keep meeting the standard.
1. Credential Check
Before any contractor joins the network, we verify their current NADCA ASCS certification, active state contractor license, and proof of $2M liability + workers' compensation insurance.
2. Background Screening
Every technician who will enter your home passes a criminal background check. We re-screen periodically — a one-time pass is not enough to stay in the network.
3. Work Audit
We review the before-and-after photo record on completed jobs and monitor customer ratings continuously. Contractors who fall below standard are removed.
4. Standard Enforcement
Every job must be performed to the NADCA ACR Standard — negative-pressure containment, full-system cleaning, HEPA-filtered equipment, and written documentation.
What NADCA Certification Actually Means
NADCA — the National Air Duct Cleaners Association — sets the only nationally recognized performance standard for HVAC system cleaning, called the ACR Standard. A technician who holds the NADCA ASCS (Air Systems Cleaning Specialist) credential has passed a rigorous exam and committed to that standard in writing.
It is not a logo a company buys. In practice, NADCA-standard cleaning means:
- Negative-pressure containment so debris never enters your living space
- Cleaning of the entire system — not just the visible duct sections
- HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment that captures fine particulate
- Source removal of contaminants, not just deodorizing or fogging
- Written post-cleaning documentation you keep
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We can make these promises because we control who does the work and hold them to one standard.
- If you are not satisfied, we re-clean the affected ductwork at no charge.
- If our before-and-after photos do not show a clear improvement, you do not pay.
- Your flat-rate price is locked in writing before work begins — it cannot increase mid-job.
- Every technician's license and NADCA credential is available for you to verify on request.
How We Handle Complaints
If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it directly — not read about it later. Call our national line or email info@ultimatecleanersllc.com and a member of our quality team will respond within one business day.
We investigate every complaint against the job's photo record and the NADCA ACR Standard. If the work fell short, we re-clean, refund, or otherwise make it right — and the contractor's standing in the network is reviewed. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Better Business Bureau, where we maintain an A+ rating and respond to every filing.
